"Crab is the most romantic foods from all food," said Dave Horridge, chef at the restaurant The Crab at Chievely, as quoted by Marie Claire.


The psychologist also explained the type of seafood can generate the energy to make love. Seafood contains zinc which is useful to increase the level of testosterone in the body. So, not only the atmosphere of the room that could be romantic, the selection of food becomes an important aspect to making dinner proceeds to a more intimate stage.
